Postage

We aim to Despatch All Orders the same Day as Received.

This Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays

We send all our Orders Via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for service .

This Service can take 3 - 7 working days and a signature is required upon Delivery.

Unfortunately our RM account does not allow us to Upgrade from 2nd Class without having to change all orders.

If an item is lost in the Mail we will replace or refund in full (Buyers Choice) but only after a RM investigation - Please note this could take up to Four weeks from first reported to us

Returns

Where an item is received Damaged we will NOT ask for it to be returned , As long as we receive a Photograph of the damage we will replace or Refund in full - Buyers Choice.


Where an item is received and it is wrong due to an error at our end we will NOT ask for it to be returned , As long as we receive a Photograph of the item we will replace or Refund in full - Buyers Choice.


Personalised items cannot be Returned - Exception to this is if we get the Requested Personalisation wrong.


We also accept returns if you simply change your mind or Heaven forbid you do not like your item - All items can be returned at Buyers expense for a Full refund within 14 Days of receipt , Please note all Returns must be sent Recorded delivery and in their original packaging , Any Items received back to us damaged will not be refunded.
